Like many, my early jobs began in the hospitality industry, where I developed a passion for connecting with people and delivering exceptional service. Along the way, I also freelanced as an arranger and instructor for local high school drumlines near the places I’ve lived, channeling my creativity and love for teamwork into helping students succeed. Later, I transitioned into the corporate world, leading my team to achieve company goals by empowering them to take ownership of their success.
